oap 519 - Nutrition for Older Adults to Preserve Brain Function & Promote Health

Provides information and discussion related to current and relevant nutrition research on nutrients that preserve, and support brain health and overall wellness topics are covered. Students research cooking and food storage techniques that enhance the bioavailability of these nutrients in foods.
